Returns Policy

  • There is an exchange option for bras, and saree shapewear only.
  • For exchange, contact us within 7 days; applicable for both inside and outside Dhaka.
  • For refund or return request, the product(s) has to be undamaged and in good condition.
  • An extra delivery charge will be applied for exchange/return deliveries as per inside or outside Dhaka standard delivery charges respectively 
  • For purchases made online, exchange will ONLY be given online, NOT FROM THE STORE. 
  • The refund amount will be processed within 3-5 working days after the SHAPE team receives the products at hand in an undamaged condition. 
  • Delivery charges as applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount & the remaining amount will be processed  digitally via bank or bkash.
