Support Services

We offer the following types of support for our App:

  • Email support: You can contact us by email at for any general inquiries, technical issues, or feedback about our App. We aim to respond to all emails within 2-3 working days during business hours [10 AM - 6 PM, Sundays through Thursdays].

  • In-App support: Our App includes a chat feature that allows you to submit a support ticket within the App. We aim to respond to all support tickets during business hours.

  • Social Media: You can find us at "Just Wear Shape" on Facebook & Instagram. You can message us on our social media apps to get support & drop your queries. 

  • Knowledge base: We maintain a knowledge base that includes frequently asked questions (FAQs), troubleshooting guides, and other helpful resources to assist you in using our App.

Our support team is available from 10 AM - 6 PM, Sundays through Thursdays to help you with any issues or concerns you may have.


Our support services do not cover the following:

  • Issues caused by third-party products or services

  • Issues related to hardware or network infrastructure

Updates and Maintenance

We regularly update and maintain our App to ensure it continues to function correctly and provide the best experience for our users. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, and performance improvements. We aim to release updates regularly, and we will notify you of any significant updates or changes.
